Known for his approachable leadership style, Paul has a proven track record of building high-performing teams that consistently deliver results. He possesses exceptional communication skills, particularly in strategic planning, creative problem-solving, decision-making, and goal setting. A positive and profit-oriented leader, Paul has a demonstrated history of coaching and motivating both large and small teams to reach their highest levels of performance.

Principal Consulting who leads our Talent Acquisition and Staffing practice. Lynn oversees our executive search, recruiting, and staffing operations. Lynn is a globally recognized executive recruiter, best-selling author, speaker, and philanthropist, with over 25 years of experience placing top talent across industries such as consumer healthcare, robotics, Al, hospitality, and technology.
She is also the founder of Lynn Radice Executive Search, a firm specializing in top-tier executive placements and retained searches worldwide. Widely regarded as a thought leader in professional staffing and executive search, Lynn brings deep expertise across operations, finance, human resources, marketing, and sales, along with global recruiting experience in countries including Spain, Canada, Sweden, the UK, Romania, and others.

JESSICA WRIGHT, DrPH
TRAINING & EDUCATION
Principal Consultant who leads our Learning and People Development practice. A dynamic professional, Dr. Wright specializes in utilizing simulation and case-based learning methods in instructional design for professional training and education.
With over 20 years of expertise in training, instructional design, and curriculum development, Dr. Wright also brings 16 years of specialized experience in health workforce curriculum development, including contributions to academic publications.
Dr. Wright is highly skilled in stakeholder facilitation, workforce development, and inter-professional team building, with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups. Known for exceptional oral and written communication skills, Dr. Wright consistently delivers impactful learning experiences that drive both individual growth and organizational success.
Roy Pequeño, Ed.D.
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT, LEARNING & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Pequeño brings extensive experience across healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors to his role as a seasoned instructional design and learning solutions professional. With a strong foundation in LMS administration and compliance-driven learning programs, he has consistently elevated organizational capabilities through thoughtful, data-informed learning strategies.
Throughout his career, Dr. Pequeño has collaborated effectively with subject matter experts and leadership teams to design engaging, learner-centric experiences that deliver measurable outcomes. With a keen eye for scalability and accessibility, he has successfully led high-impact training initiatives and managed teams to deliver inclusive content in a variety of formats (including instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (vILT), hybrid, and eLearning) ensuring access for diverse audiences. His proven track record reflects a deep commitment to quality, innovation, and real-world impact.
CARMEN GARRETT-GOODWINE

Carmen Garrett-Goodwine is a strategic operations executive and consultant with more than 20 years of leadership experience guiding multi-unit businesses, franchise systems, and enterprise transformation at scale. Known for her ability to connect people strategy with operational excellence, Carmen helps organizations optimize performance, strengthen leadership pipelines, and deliver sustainable growth.
Before launching her consulting practice, she built strong executive partnerships, led large-scale change initiatives, and developed frameworks that improved profitability, efficiency, and customer experience. Her leadership consistently advanced talent development and succession readiness—promoting dozens of leaders into expanded roles.
Across her career, Carmen has supported organizations through periods of rapid growth, market transformation, and cultural change. Her consulting approach blends data-driven rigor with human connection—helping leaders build operational systems that are disciplined, inclusive, and purpose-driven.
Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
